  • A telephone or video consultation
  • Self-care advice or guidance
  • Referral to another healthcare service

This approach ensures that patients receive the right care at the right time, improving efficiency and accessibility.


When Will I Hear Back?

  • Once you’ve submitted your request, our team will review it and aim to respond as follows:
  • Urgent Requests: If a clinician assesses your request as urgent, we will prioritise it and offer a same-day or next-day appointment.
  • Routine or Non-Urgent Requests: We aim to respond within 5 working days.
  • If you believe your condition is worsening, Please dial NHS 111 for immediate advice.
