Open Forum Meeting – 7th October 2025

The Practice and the Thurleigh Road Patient Group would like to invite you to a session to  update you on the changes and improvements taking place in the Practice and  answer any questions you may have.

We are proposing two changes from the last session in May:

• The session will be both in person and online (Zoom) so you can join it from home if you wish;
• It will be from 5.30 to 7.00 in the evening  as some people have said they would like an evening meeting.

The session will follow the same format as before – speakers from the Practice and a question and answer session. Practice staff will also be there to respond to general queries following the Q&A session.

Since our meeting in May the Practice has

• Had a CQC inspection and has been awarded a “good” rating. This reflects the enormous amount of hard work the Practice has put into improving their processes. They are to be warmly congratulated on the result;
• Made progress with many of the issues you all flagged as important e.g. an improved website, easier access to appointments, the ability to book some appointments further in advance.

The Practice will update us on all of these issues on 7 October.

The session  will be held at St Luke’s Church (SW12  8RQ) next to the surgery from 5.30 to 7pm  on Tuesday 7 October.

It is very helpful to us to have some idea of the numbers who plan to come. The form also asks what topics you would like to hear about so we can ensure these issues are covered in the meeting.
